When we're not on shift serving the community as firefighters and paramedics, we're out scooping yards, changing litter boxes, maintaining pet waste stations, and keeping our neighbor's homes clean and safe. FAQ's

"Do I need to be home?"

 - Nope! As long as we can access your yard, we'll handle everything while you go about your day.

"Can you work around my pets in the yard?"

 - Yes! As long as your dogs are friendly, we're happy to work around them.

"Is service always on the same day each week?"

 - Not always. Because our routes shift, your exact days may vary week to week. (For example: one week; Monday/Thursday, the next; Tuesday/Friday). But you'll always get the number of visits you signed up for each week.

"What happens if it rains?"

 - We still scoop in the rain unless there's severe weather. Reliability is part of our service.

"How do payments work?"

 - All billing is automated and secure through Stripe. Once you sign up, payments run automatically. Safe and easy.

"What if I need to skip a week or pause service?"

 - Just contact us anytime. You can always pause or skip service and get credited for the following month. 

"What areas do you service?"

 - Currently we service Mandeville, Madisonville, and Covington. As well as some areas of Lacombe, Abita, and Pontchatoula.
